I know exactly which site you are refering to. 
They happen to do the same thing with a series 
that I collect. However, I've noticed one thing 
regarding those cels...they never get sold. My 
advice, next time you see a cel that you 
absolutely can't live without, bite the bullet 
and go all out for it. However, if you lost the 
auction, the cel must not have meant that much to 
you in the first place. Take heart in realizing 
that this site probably won't be around for too 
much longer if it keeps buying at these prices.
