This is not a "collector" who "just doesn't like 
the cel".  It's a Dealer.  You can find their 
updates every week or 2 under the "Keep-Track" on 
cels.org.  And it's not "1 or 2" cels that they 
don't happen to like.  It's been more than a 
dozen cels that went straight from Y!JP to their 
Dealer/Seller site.
