Does this dealer actually SELL them?  Normally, on
auctions, the highest bidder is the one who is
most willing to spend a higher price for the cel,
which means that the rest of the people are not so
willing to spend that much and if they turn around
and try to mark up the price even more than what
they won it for would probably be a very stupid
business move on their part.

Me, personally, I don't care if they try and do
that.  That is their problem and their loss.  Most
people are not willing to spend more than what
they lost it for on auction and you can't win "on
the last minute" on Yahoo Japan.

I think I have a suspicion as to which dealer(s)
you are referring to, which I don't every deal
with because they are too expensive.  But, like I
said, it is their problem and they can do what
they want with their merchandise.  *shrugs* 
That's just how things are sometimes.
