1.)  This person is a poster that I've noticed 
on this board for quite awhile now.  They've 
dealt with others, are fairly friendly, and seem 
generally honest and appealing.

2.)  I don't want to take the risk that this was 
indeed a Christmas present, go through all of 
the typical delays and problems of redealing, 
and then leave this person with a very late or 
unusable gift.

3.)  We've spoken and come to a mutual agreement 
on this part.  The buyer is a very friendly 
person from what I've seen in our emails, and 
I'm saddened that my negligence had to impact 
his gift so badly.  :-(

In other words...I consider your words sagely 
said, but in this case I'll bypass it from I've 
seen beforehand.   But thank you very much - I 
will consider this in the mean time.
