Thank you very much for your comments and 
advice.   I took most of the steps you did in 
shipping the cel - but I'll keep in mind the 
parts about the glue.  I still can't believe how 
damaging that stuff is.  BAH!  There should be a 
specific part of the post office just meant for 
shipping cels safely. ;-)

However...I must dispel a mistake on your part.  
I can't be the seller you remember - because 
this is the first time I've ever sold 
something.  It's hence why my desire to rectify 
my error quickly is so strong.  I mean, why 
should someone have to pay for something I did 
in my inexperience or mispackaging?
