Sakura does her little "transform the key to the 
wand" and "use the Clow/Star Card" banks the 
exact same way every time, except in different 
clothes.  This is apparently where the "nude 
bank" cels come from: evidently the studio 
planned to use these over and over as a bottom 
layer, and a top layer with the clothes for each 
adventure would be added.  But evidently this 
didn't work well, so the studio had all the bank 
cels painted with the costumes on the same layer 
as Sakura's body.

What is odd is there there are both Bird Key 
(Season 1-2) and Star Key (Season 3) nude bank 
cels.  If it didn't work in Season 1, why would 
they try it again in Season 3?

Anyhow, the one I have is not a bank cel, which 
is why it puzzles me.  And she's got the same 
clothes on in both, just with a different color 
scheme.

Still pleasantly puzzled...
