Do both of the cels come with their matching 
sketch? Out of curiosity...

I think you might have a sequence that is 
repeated or something. I have a cel from CCS of 
Yue that is nearly identical to the one that Ix 
has (www.kamidake.com). I have a matching sketch, 
she doesn't. Also, the sequence was shown twice 
during the show (completely different episodes), 
and hers is from the actual important scene, 
where mine is from some kind of recap or re-use 
of the same sequence. The coloring is slightly 
different, and a few details are changed. They 
even have the same sequence number. 

So basically, I think that both of your cels are 
legit..  the animators just decided to make both 
of them ^^; I don't think this is too bizarre 
though. Rare.. but not bizarre. ^^
