at least that's what i thik. I'm not an 
specialist on ccs cels but when i got one of my 
ccs cels long ago from animechaos nick had 3 cels 
of sakura in the same position but with different 
clothes so i just grabbed the one with the 
clothing that i liked more, so i believe that the 
animators had tendency to do this kind of thing.
