No, not that I can tell.  With the "normal color" 
cel, there's a dot by the sequence number that I 
thought might be a superscript numeral one.  I 
know that some cels have a superscript "1" to 
indicate a remake or a second cel made from the 
same douga.  But on looking closely at it, I 
think it's just a random dot.  And the douga just 
says "A3."
