The reason they wouldn't make fancels of Disney
characters is because the market isn't available.
Disney is very strict on their animation cels,
they would shut down the auctions very fast. Most
Disney cels, or all of them not sure, come with a
certificate of authenticity. Anime cels rarely
have a certificate of authenticity. |
