I never said fancels were bootlegging. I can see 
no matter how I worded my original post certain 
people would take it the wrong way. I really 
support those that do fancels. Really great way 
for those who can't afford the actual cel. I 
however really questioned a "bootleg" cel creator 
that tries to cel a fancel as a real production 
cel. I also prefer the fan cel artists that 
create original artwork or art based on the 
characters in anime not exact screen captures.
