Hmm, I'm pretty clueless when it comes to 
legalities...  What exactly is mail fraud?  This 
dealer is not out of Japan, so communicating in 
their foreign tongue isn't a possibility for 
me.  I'm thinking about contacting my other 
contact who can write the cel dealer for me.  As 
for my friend who actually got the cel, she did 
offer it to me, but she was the one who was 
lucky enough to get it, through whatever 
mistakes on the part of the dealer.  I didn't 
feel right stripping it from her, as it was a 
large wishlist cel for her too-- we 
often "fight" for the same cels...heehee  So, 
you guys don't think that I should ask for 
compensation?  I want to be fair and yet get 
they to pay for their mistake--- he tried to pin 
it all on me, too; saying that it wasn't his 
mistake but mine for ordering the wrong cel.  
lol  Sure, the problem originated with me, but 
if there wasn't a problem/mistake with the 
webpage, then there shouldn't have been a 
problem.  ^^;;;

Anyway, thanks much!  I'd still like to hear 
from other people, if anyone else has thoughts 
on this!!  THANKS!
