about this . . . 
Someone just told me that you could contact the
website host (get the ISP info of the company's
website) and file a complaint for fraud.  If this
evidence is true (show them all the e-mails), then
they will remove their website.  Each website host
has strict policies on what is allowed on the web
space they provide and if a website is used to
conduct illegal activities (scam, terrorism, drug
distributing, etc), then they will pull the website.
