Perhaps since you've never delt with them before 
you don't realize, THEY DON'T SPEACIALIZE IN 
CELSS!!!!   This is only a side track of the 
main site of anime collectibles and goods from 
here and abroad.  As far as I know, they've 
never done many cells, and from the sound of it, 
your leaving a lot of story out.  Cause 
everytime I call their number I talk to Sean.  
Oh, and btw, multiple calls/emails saying the 
same exact redundant idiocy does piss people 
off.  And I'm betting THAT is part of the reason 
they may have said that.
