I take note that...... (Sun Apr 25 07:50:43 2004 )

..... Drac's and Jenn's husbands don't know
anything about the value of their wife's cels
(evil grin). I need to have a word with them :P :P :P

mmm, now, where are those people who say... "this
one is going to the grave with me" ? Do they take
those words seriosuly?

And yes, the idea of what would happen to my cels
has crossed my mind.... Sometimes i have had weird
dreams like becoming a ghost after death and then
appearing to some family member (noone in
particular) to tell them what to do with them.

Back to the reality, i'm not married or similar,
and even my family doesn't know the exact real
value of what i have spent on my cel collection
they suspect it is a lot of money, and since i
also collect other "valuable" things like stamps
they would probably know that they don't have to
throw them right ahead to the trash can.

But then again, i still think, in which state will
be my cels after lets say 50 years? Even if you
conserve them in the best conditions possible we
all know that cels were not created to have a long
life. Can the line fading be prevented at all forever?

eeeh, well, and to end this, an utopic idea.....
How about leaving a testament like "I want my cel
collection to be launched into space with a note
that reads 'this is what you can find on Earth'"
just in case an alien civilization finds them
thousands or millions of years later....
