How many hoops did you have to jump through to 
get the collection insured?  I've often thought 
about that, too... would nice not to be totally 
out the investment if we were to, say, have a 
wildfire rip through town. (Not unlikely).

Are they considered an "extra" on homeowners, 
or...

?
