..the X manga is GORGEOUS! I adore it...much 
better than  movie. Although, I don't think the 
movie is as horrible as people say...they had to 
create an ending that seemed plausible, at that 
point CLAMP didn't know where their manga was 
going. I think they put a lot of work in that 
movie, and it shows...but, it IS a movie, there's 
no way it can cover all of the manga. Frankly, I 
think people had unrealistic expectations of 
it ;p The funniest thing? The ending of the X 
manga seems to be going the way of the movie, 
right about now...

Something that amuses me: upon the release of the 
X TV anime last season, Newtype started their new 
magazine, Newtype.com (which came with a nifty CD-
rom with seiyuu interviews!), that highlighted 
the new show. It also featured a full page fold-
out of the X character LEGO SET. I kid you not. 
They're all blocky, and for some reason Karen's 
hair is purple, but it's funny as all get-out. I 
really should scan it :D

Hehe, I just got the recently release final manga 
volume of Angelic Layer today, (god, when I 
started collecting that manga, I remember being 
shocked at hearing, after the release of only the 
second volume, that there was an anime being 
made. That's why the anime is so stretched out 
with so many fights...hehe ^^;;). Although, I 
hafta say, my fav CLAMP manga is still RG 
Veda...sooooooooooooo gorgeous. I say Xellos is a 
shameless copy of a certain purple-haired, smiley 
mazoku by the name of Kujaku, my fav character 
from this manga ^^
