i agree. ownership of a cel certainly does not
convey ownership rights to the image. when
dealing with scans not made by the cel's current
owner (as in, for selling purposes, publicly
posted), the cel owner has about as much right to
demand they be removed from sites as they do to
make the same demands of screen caps featuring
the same image.
especially as the person isn't trying to claim
ownership of any of the cels posted in the
gallery, i fail to see the atrocity. |
