By law, monopolies are illegal in the US. 
However, because Anime-Link in off the radar 
compared to say, Microsoft, they are allowed to 
practice this. This will make me think twice 
before ever buying from Anime Link. I had heard a 
lot of nice things about them, but this is just 
wrong and I cannot believe that they would stoop 
to this level to protect their market. Hey, give 
me the cel and I'll sell it. Since I'm not a 
dealer, then I will be selling my proerty and not 
merchandise. Well, maybe not me, but find a 
seller you trust and have them sell the cel as a 
private collector.
