Ok, anime-link is THE ONLY authorized cel
distributor in the states, and might have a copy
right. Does that mean they can forbid cel trade?
There are so many thing someone has copyright to.
I think every software has a copyright owner. But
I've never heard that owner of copy right forbid
somepoeple to re-sell the software.
All right, the cels other gallery havs might be
stolen, But in that case anime-link prove that
that cels are stolen. Just because they didn't
sell it, they can't say it's stolen.
I want to know what's the stolen cel. Somebody
broke into the studio and stole cels? In almost
every case of proclaimed stolen cel, it's not
stolen, I think.
I saw the cel of new ghibli anime in japan anime
shop and even in YJ auction. I heard studio
ghibli never released the cel. But they sells
well, unfortunately too expensive for me.
AND I THINK owner of cel has the right to re-
sell, unless he/she signed that he/she never re-
sell the stuff.
I have only one VHD cel purchased in japan, but
the animeshop never asked me who I am. In that
case my cel can be also stolen? So, you say I
only have the right to keep cel, never have the
right to sell my legal stuff?
