An online-catalogue would be nice. My point was 
more this: It's impossible to try and base the 
legitimacy of a cel off of just who owns it (most 
of the time. If a cel theif owns it, then you can 
guess the legitimacy ^^;;)...because they can't 
catalogue whom it exchanges hands with AFTER 
they've sold it. Basically, their system of 
basing whether it's stolen only works for the 
first generation of the trade/sale...after it 
exchanges hands a few times, the system is moot, 
and it may also leave someone with a perfectly 
legitimate cel in the hot spot and unable to sell 
it.
