I have been looking at kenshin cels for a while 
now, ever since I saw the first episode. I've 
been to every online dealer and check YJ 
constantly. 

The truth is I have seen enough cels from the 
kenshin series with this particular "line 
problem". I think i've seen about 6 of them. I've 
even seen one of Aoshi at someones site. This 
line thing seems to limit itself to this series 
alone. I don't think this is something caused by 
the owners neglect - I think it has something to 
do with what the studio did to make the cel. It 
would be quite helpful if maybe Yann or another 
dealer could give us insight on this apparently 
studio-made problem. 

Besides, owner neglect usually leads to chipped 
paint, faded lines, tears, dents, water-spotting 
etc. It would actually take MORE time and effort 
to produce this type of line effect. 

It's a cool cel, I wish i could afford it ^^;
