It's not as easy to do as it sounds. . . This is
the better result of two attempts at making a
correction layer for my game cel of Keith. (I've
put only a little close-up section so the line
fading and corrections show up better.) I still
don't like it and will probably try a third.
Basically, your hand needs to be *VERY* steady,
you have to have a *VERY* fine tip pen. . . and
the more lines you have to do (or the larger the
cel is), the higher the probability it won't line
up perfectly somewhere.
And note! I would never *EVER* advocate drawing
on the cel itself. (Although most of the lines on
this cel were thankfully left alone, there are a
couple which were redrawn by some amateur. In my
mind, that devalues the cel. . . But in the case
of this cel, the real reason it pisses me off so
much is because I love the cel so incredibly
dearly. ^_^)
