Upon close observation, this cel has NO visible 
outline around certain areas.  In other areas, 
there is an outline in the same color as the 
paint (ex. brown outline around brown area).  In 
small areas, there is a PEFECTLY CLEAR black 
outline (ex. the tip of his hair or a spont on 
his chin).  I have never seen a cel like this, 
but it doesn't look like line fading.  I have 
been told that there sould be a layer on top of 
the cel with the outline.  I know such a layer 
CAN exist because I OWN a cel that actually has a 
top layer with ONLY the outline.  I am not sure 
if this is true for the Kenshin cel, but it 
doesn't make sense to me why there would be tiny 
spots on the cel with a very DISTINCT black 
lines.  These spots do not FADE away.  They 
actually come to an END.  Thanks for your
