Yes, all the lines are faded away, but the cel is 
still gorgeous!  Line damage like this can be 
easily fixed by most any fancel artist out there 
using an extra sheet of acetate and a steady 
hand.  ^_^  I think it's a nice find if the buyer 
is willing to put a little effort into restoring 
it.... So does anyone out there have before and 
after pictures of faded cels they have restored?
