NO ! There would be a _douga_ for all the
various mouth layers. There may also be a
whole douga for that scene but probably there
will be at least one single-layer cel anyway.

There probably won't be any genga for that
scene : They don't make a genga for all scenes.
Only when it's really important. (and it doesn't
have to correspond to the scene really : it's
more to show how the characters should look like
in this situation).
