There can be a hand-draw box on a genga. But
it will never be on "scene layout" paper like
the one you used on your site.

Personaly, I would say that both drawing shown
in your message are rough sketches. They are
not genga... (even if it's the kind of sketches
most often sold as genga because people don't
know what they really are). 

I still have whole bunches of such sketches
and they aren't genga... :)
