Actualy, what you called "genga" on your web
page isn't one. It's also a douga...
And both drawing you posted in your message
aren't genga either : they are various kind
of rough sketches.
If there is "boxes" around the drawing, it's
probably not a genga : that's already a sketch
to show the actual layout when the cel will be
filmed. (the visible area on the screen)
"Floating parts" are most certainly not a genga :
they are just rough sketches used to give
information about the final cel.
Contrary to what you wrote, there can't be a
genga "done later in the process" : Genga are
by definition not really part of the process at
all. They are drawing made by the character
designers/animation directors. They are used to
show how characters should be draw so that the
style between various scene will stay coherant.
All other drawings aren't genga : they are rough
sketches (or douga for the final one used to
flash the cel).
