I think that's a wonderful idea, Jason! 
Not everyone has the talent or know how to make a 
website (myself included), so this is a great 
opportunity.
Also, I like the idea of cataloging cels by prices 
and rarity.  It will let those of us with wishlists 
know what we are to expect in our search. 
Now where does the name "Rubber Slug" come from?  I 
think you might want to find a more apealing and 
cel-related name.  Rubber Slug implyes slimy 
ickyness.
