Or, how about the ones that walk up bids not to 
win the auction, but to ensure the current high 
bidder pays his max.  

There has been a lot of vindictive bidding on 
Sailor Moon auctions on YJ lately.  Either the 
bidder will bid early and very high on a lot of 
auctions at the same time with no intention of 
following through with payment to the seller.  
The next time you see them bid, they have all 
sorts of negatives on their feedback - so you 
know the people that bid insane amounts to beat 
this person on some of the auctions and won 
really got screwed.  Or, they will wait until the 
very end of the auction and walk up the bid until 
it matches the previous bidder's high bid and 
then stop.  A recent ID that seems to be doing 
this alot is "exciteiud".  The last time I saw, 
this person had (-15) as their feedback.  

I know this has always been an occasional 
problem, but it seems rampant now.  Is this 
happening with other series?  I hope the new YJ 
policy changes (if they ever happen) will at 
least prevent some of this from happening.
