I'm starting to see that its some US
collectors, not the dealers who are raping
everyone. Think about it ...
No one is getting raped here. You're missing out
on collectibles because someone else is willing to
pay a higher price than you would. That's just bad
luck, not a crime. "Rape" is not a word to be
used lightly, and it's damn sure not a word to
describe what happens when someone wants to pay
five bucks more for paint on plastic than you can.
For the last time, people: if someone is willing
to pay whatever amount of money for a cel, then
it's their own business to do as they wish with
it, be it reselling, framing, or drawing a
moustache on it. Nobody's entitled to any cel
they want for a cheap price. If you're not
willing to pay, if you're not willing to see
prices fluctuate according to supply and demand,
if you're not willing to miss out more often than
you score big, then don't collect cels. |
