The one (and maybe only) good side to having a
proxy bidder is you actually put in your max bid
and then...see if your need for the cel is greater
than anyone elses...

The only thing I have a question about is...when
you bid on a cel via a deputy...do you take into
account the cost of the deputy service itself?  If
the cel has the same worth to someone in U.S. and
then to someone in Japan...then it seems the
person in Japan will outbid the person in U.S.
because of the deputy service (and then the cost
of shipping)...
