That's exactly the kind of comments I absolutly
hate in those thread.
Well, let me tell you that I know quite a few
american shops that are way bellow what I consider
minimal acceptable customer service.

If I am answering in that thread, it's not
realy to defend Atomic Club but because I feel
pretty offended by all the racist comments
implyed in most of those messages.

Sorry for your missed appointment. I also
hate people who don't come to an appointment.
But that's not a question of buyer/seller neither
of nationality. As a seller, I also got buyers
that didn't come at an appointment they fixed
themselve. And that's definitively not the 
exclusivity of one nationality or another !
