And I’m not saying that they WEREN’T hones.
They’re just terrible to deal with.
<>
It’s not just this thread, Yann. Like others
said, if you go into the archives, there are a
lot of people who have had bad experiences with
them, and I know many people who I talk to
personally who do. Think outside the box ^_^
<>
This is very true. And I have a problem with the
other cel dealers who do this as well.
<>
Again, not just this thread. I never specified to
this thread, and I never said that they were
dishonest. But either way. almost all of the
above people were unhappy with their service. As
well as many others. When you get this many
unhappy customers, it is not simply OUR fault for
being impatient or having expectations too high.
<>
Every person who’s had terrible service with
them, never gotten their cels, and thus are
warranted to think ill of them. This is not to
say they are dishonest, but when someone spends
their money and gets nothing for it, they sure
feel like a victim, ne?
<>
Then they should at least mark the celbags with,
say, sticky notes that have names and prices. Not
THAT hard, and that way things could be handled
without them. We shouldn’t have to model our
schedules around theirs for convenience…sometimes
that’s just not possible. Realistically, that’s
terrible for service. I’m not saying they should
go out of their way, but if they agreed to do so,
then a sticky note really can make the whole
difference. Just accepting their bad service
as “the way it is” will never prompt them to
change.
<>
Ouch, Yann, low blow. That was a bit uncalled
for. It doesn’t concern only me, it also concerns
all of the collectors I know who don’t like them.
Why must you assume that everything comes out of
this thread?
<>
Again, sticky notes and service is all it takes.
A little communication between the people at that
shop isn’t too much to ask for. Just because
you’re used to it doesn’t me we have to put up
with it.
<>
Screaming? ;_; I thought I conducted myself in a
rather civil manner. But again, I wasn’t speaking
for just one person, and I never asked you to
call for anything, so I don’t see why telling me
that phone calls are expensive is really going to
matter to me. It’s very nice you’re willing to do
that for other people, but it doesn’t apply to
me. Like I said, you’re still very nice and still
cel-god, but we just have differing opinions.
Ja,
Misha-chan
