Dealt once with a horrible person in France
(his name was abdelkader hanouche - run away if
you see his name!) who tried to get cels from
Atomic Club for people.  They had poor customer
service and supposedly "lost" some cels after
receiving payment.  Also, they don't do overseas
relations (if they do, then it's past me, cuz
that have no customer service).
