It seems, Yann, that you are making the customer
responsible for any screw-ups Atomic Club makes.
Notice that when you e-mail them asking to buy
something, they're very quick to respond, but
after that, no.
It is Atomic Clubs responsibility to take care of
their customers. If they tell someone they are
willing to sell overseas, than they should handle
that customer in a timely and professional manner.
You shouldn't agree to do something if you're not
going to do it right.
I know as much as the next person that they don't
have to sell cels to overseas customers, but if
they agree to, then they're liable for the
complaints they get. Just because they're doing
us a "service" does not make them excempt from
the simple rules of courtesy.
The victims should not be blamed here. If there
are only two people at the shop who know about
reserve cels, perhaps a better system should be
made. You can't sit here and say "Well, only two
people their sell cels, so it's OK that this
personhad a horrible experience." All this means
is that the store should be managed better. It
does NOT excuse them. If they sell cels, they
should at least educate their employees on them.
Sorry for the tone of this letter, Yann :( You're
still cel-god, but I'm getting sick of the
victims getting blamed. It's not OUR
responsibility, it's THEIRS.
