I guess it is time to rely on what/who you 
know....
If you participate in auctions (which I feel 
should be banned), better contact the seller, or 
have done previous buisness with them.
Always use money orders, and make them sign for 
it's delivery.
I too am thankful this Forum exists to help warn 
of such schemes.
Safest way is to stick with known site's updates,
and private sales.
