Hello!

Yes, I noticed that auction.  The sheer idiocy of 
this seller is really beyond me.  I've already 
been emailed by several people asking me about 
that cel, some wondering if I was auctioning that 
cel myself!  Now, when it gets to the point of not 
only is this guy using my cel scans with the clear 
intent to defraud people, but causing 
mispresentation problems, that's a real issue to 
me.  I've emailed eBay to complain twice already, 
once to the support department and another to the 
time sensitive place.  Let's see if they do a 
damned thing.  They should sit up and notice when 
according to their policy the seller 
mispresentation/impersonation is a major offense 
not to mention copyright. (hey some of those 
images were altered quite a bit by me in 
photoshop, sticking in backgrounds, etc..)  And 
should this loser succeed in tricking anyone into 
sending him payment for cels he obviously doesn't 
have, he enters the realm of mail fraud.  I'm 
almost wishing he would so the FBI would have 
jurisdiction over the dirtbag.  That would be a 
nice scare if some federal agents showed up on his 
doorstep!  *laugh*
