like on "esoteric" things like anime cels when
it's more difficult to *prove* something like
that. Now, who owns the cel? (Lawsuit? *lol*)
Bootlegs of VCDs from Hong Kong are more obvious,
but cels rely on someone's word against another,
short of showing a physical cel... -_-' It also
depends on who the endperson contact is, too (one
contact just gave me a flat "can't do anything"
about a bootleg auction, another immediately
removed it). One might try plastering all the EBay
discussion boards with his info, and spamming
"Safeharbor" with complaints... ^_^' I'm curious
how they handle fraudulent auctions from other
types of collectibles? There has got to be a way
to blacklist sellers like that... (oh well)
