Yes, he was reported and he was removed. If you 
look at this sellers feedback, you will see his 
name and the "not a registered user" status next 
to it.

I sent an email with all the info (including a 
link to this discussion) to timesensitive@ebay.com
they usually work pretty fast. 

If some of the owners of these cells want to post
that they still own the cels in question, that 
would probably help. But I think he will go pretty
quickly, considering he wrote his old I.D. in the
description! Geeez....
