If the comment by you "And as far as I know, 
those cels you ordered are not sold to someone 
else (yet), but the collector decided to no 
longer wait a long time to get a 
response/payment." - was made to me

I am not a 12 yo collector who has to save up my 
weekly chore money in order to buy cels. I'm an 
adult collector (over 18) who can purchase cels 
at will. If I order a cel, part of me ordering it 
means that I can pay for it in full and right 
away. 

Also... I answered the confirmation email within 
the hour. They soon emailed me back thanking me 
for the order. 2 days later they emailed me 
saying they sold the cel to another.
