I am glad when some dealers will let you make 
payments as long as u are a responsible person to 
let them know when payments can be made and so 
forth.

There are some cels that I wanted very badly and 
the dealers let me make payments because I cant 
pay all of it up front (sorry for late payment to 
you Chris ^_^;;;)

But you also have to understand that financial 
obligation also can come up (AGAIN SORRY CHRIS 
FOR THE LATE PAYMENT!!!) so long as the buyer 
tells u that I cant make this payment how about 
this date....

but on reading both sides...I think the seller 
might be more in the green,.....You need to keep 
the seller updated and set a few guidelines and 
work from there ^_^x
