While I can understand why someone wouldn't want
to put his or her name to such childish, rude
comments, it does seem rather spineless to not
do so...
I purchased the cel in the midst of a cel-buying
frenzy. I had extra cash to burn and LU cels are
the only art I've been searching for in the last
6-10 months - I was thrilled to find this one to
add to my collection. However, I wasn't as
enamored in person as on the screen, and burn-out
for the hobby has been setting in for some time
(due to many factors).
In any case - I'm sorry if my purchase of the cel
has upset anyone. It wasn't intended to do so.
When I decided to sell the cel (as well as my
entire collection), I intended to sell it for
what it was worth to me (and what I would
willingly pay for it). If it sells, great - then
both seller and buyer are happy. If not, fine -
I'm left with a lovely piece of art from a movie
I adored as a child (and still do). I didn't
spend beyond my means to begin with, so keeping
it isn't a loss to me.
I'm only going to touch on the forum-name-change
insult for a moment to say that some people change
their professions occasionally, hmm? Vineyard
for my gallery, Winemaker as a handle... sense
a theme here? My old high-school roleplaying
name isn't printed on my birth certificate. :P
This has become far longer than I intended (and
actually hadn't intended to reply at all until
I saw this childish post), so I'll leave it at
that. If you'd like to continue to flame me
(or whatever), you are welcome to contact me at
the above email address (after removing the
obvious phrase).
Happy Collecting to All,
