From my past experience. I would say the prices 
on cels are dropping a lot.  I'm suprised you 
have not noticed the reduction. Maybe the series 
you collect is not going down in value, I'm 
talking about Sailor moon cels as my gallery is 
full of them. thank you for the reply. Keep them 
coming.
