Hello Guys,
Well wanted to ask you guys if you think cel 
prices in general are going down. I have seen 
sailor moon cels in the past few months decline 
from some cels being 750 for a henshin cel to 
being 300. I have gotten so many awesome cels 
since december. well would love to hear about 
what you think is going on in the cel world with 
prices and your greatest buy from this period.
