In my humble opinion, the 'cel elite' is actually 
 a very very small group of people.  I can  
probably name them all on one hand, aside from 
the dealers.

Heh, heh.  Don't you see the gaping flaw in this 
comment?  Who says you have the resources or 
connections to know who these people are?  You 
might be able to point out a few folks from this 
forum who fit the description, but one of the main 
traits of these people is that they don't NEED to 
come here to discuss cels or make deals.  So 
running into them is pure chance.  ;-)

I feel like a couple of Yugo owners talking about 
how "few people own 8 or more Ferraris" based on a 
lack of seeing them at the local car show.  Heh.  
Most folks with collections like that keep them 
locked away in their garage.....
