In my humble opinion, the 'cel elite' is actually 
a very very small group of people.  I can  
probably name them all on one hand, aside from 
the dealers.  In this hobby it's wierd, money 
matters..but I know people who dont have a lot of 
cash to burn, and they have awesome collections!  
I too have asked so&so "Wow, where'd you get 
that?"  And they say "Cant tell you".  That's 
annoying, but I can see why they do it.  I think 
it is all a combo of who you know, how much $$$$ 
you have, and what _series_ you collect.  I 
always see some people post about cels from 
certain shows and they always get lots of 
responses.  You know what's really strange, most 
of the people who I think are some of the 
elite...never post here unless it's for sale 
messages or something like that.  And for others, 
it's just that they've been here for so long that 
everyone knows them ^_^.
