Personally, I think it's only fair to charge as 
close as possible to the actual shipping 
charge.  If the price that the seller is asking 
is drastically more than what YOU KNOW that it 
would cost to have it sent, then yeah, I do 
think that you should say something about it, or 
at least request that they send it a certain 
way.  It'd be interesting to hear their reasons 
for charging such an outstanding amount for 
shipping costs.  =P  Good luck!!
