Sorry it's taken me a few days to at least type 
up a small thank you to everybody.  I've been out 
of town, so I'm actually checking up on things in 
the hotel!  haha  Anyway, I wrote back to this 
cel dealer a few days before I wrote this message 
on the forum, and they still have not written me 
back.  -_-;  Maybe I should just send my message 
to them 10+ times to be sure that they pay 
attention to me!  lol  Anyway, I was actually 
thinking of using the leagl issue as an insentive 
as well to get these guys going, but I dunno.  
I'm just gonna keep at what I've been doing and 
wish an outcome will be coming soon!!  =P

BTW, I'm just going to set a date for when I want 
this stuff to work out-- I will give them 4 weeks 
to make things right, and if after that time they 
still have not fixed these problems, I will go 
public with who they are on this forum so that 
ALL of you will know the risks with dealing with 
them.  I will get back with all of you who 
requested to know who they are; but for the time 
being, they are not a company out of Japan.  If 
they were in Japan, I would have had much higher 
expectations of them... but this company is run 
from a country in Europe.  I'll explain more on 
that if by chance they don't take my case into 
their priority soon!!

Thanks agian for all of your comments.  It really
