Here is What I Would Do . . . (It should work) (Thu Sep 19 17:32:31 2002 )

Send them a CERTIFIED letter stating that happened
and that you want your money back since they are
unable to fulfill their order as a company. Tell
them how bad their service is and what poor
communication they had (professionally of course).
Tell them if they do not refund your money, then
you will seek legal actions against their company
for misrepresentation and mail fraud. This will
definitely get your attention. And trust me, they
have A LOT more to lose as a company than you. I
also have an online internet company and if I did
that to someone (send them the wrong item, never
respond to e-mails, etc), my seller's license
would be taken away and I would never be able to
sell again! That is what happens to bad companies
and this is what will happen if they don't fix
this mess! I am outraged just listening to that
and I am surprised that this has gone on so long.
Put your foot down and seek legal actionss.
